Full-TimeWe are looking for an experienced
Safety Supervisor / Safety Steward
to oversee HSE performance on site and ensure full compliance with project safety standards and ADNOC/industry requirements.Key Responsibilities
Prepare
weekly HSE dashboards
andmonthly HSE reports
. Analyze HSE performance indicators, including incidents, accidents & near-misses. Ensure full implementation ofProject HSE Requirements
in assigned areas. Monitor subcontractor compliance withHSE standards, PTW, MS/JSA
. Identify and report unsafe acts/conditions; coordinate corrections with subcontractor HSE reps. Verify training compliance according to the approvedtraining matrix
. Participate inDaily PTW coordination meetings
. Review and comment onMethod Statements and JSAs
. Participate in incident/accident investigations. Coordinate with Environmental officers when required. Support emergency response and lead actions during off-shift hours. Conduct and participate inHSE walkthroughs
and discipline inspections. Issue official HSE notices for unresolved unsafe acts/conditions.Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
Technical/National Diploma
.5 years' industry experience
, with at least3 years in field HSE activities
. Strong knowledge of HSE standards, PTW systems, and safe work practices. Recognized HSE certifications (e.g.,Scaffolding/Working at Heights, Rigging, Electrical Safety, Excavation
). Excellent communication & reporting skills in English. Strong leadership, observation, and persuasion skills.How to Apply
