Job Description

Responsibility:

Formulate and implement construction site safety management regulations and operating procedures to ensure the smooth execution of safety work on-site. Supervise and inspect the safety facilities and protective measures on the construction site to ensure compliance with requirements, promptly identifying and addressing potential safety hazards. Conduct safety education and training to enhance workers' safety awareness and skills, ensuring they can correctly use safety equipment and follow operational procedures. Organize safety inspections on the construction site, formulate corrective measures, track rectifications, and regularly report safety status to the project manager. Handle safety incidents occurring on the construction site by promptly organizing rescue operations for injured personnel, preserving evidence, investigating the causes, and proposing measures to prevent similar accidents. Coordinate with construction units, supervision units, and relevant departments to ensure accountability and resolve safety issues. Participate in the safety risk assessment and early warning processes for construction projects, providing improvement suggestions to ensure safety throughout the construction process.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. More than 5 years of work experience, with at least two complete construction projects successfully executed. Fluent in English, with Arabic language proficiency as a preferred qualification. Nebosh certification is mandatory. Ability to adapt to the Chinese construction management system; experience working with Chinese companies is preferred.
