Job Description
We are looking for a Senior QA/QC Engineer Painting & Coating for one of our clients with the following details:
Duration: 24 months
Expected start date: 01/07/2025
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Site based)
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Relevant Experience: +10 Years Minimum in Oil & Gas project
- Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or metallurgical or relevant engineering degree
- Knowledge about NDT/Coating & Painting
- Elaborating and coordinating the Painting specification, and codes/ standards.
- Coordination with concerned parties for all Painting procedure specifications.
- Review course and effects of painting / coating defects and take remedial
- Coordinate with the field sub-contractors and third-Party Inspection Company for coating related issues.
- Witnessing any remedial repair for coating.
- Reviewing of the summary reports. Advising the site subcontractors with regards to Painting and testing. Recording and
- listing of defective painting.
- Monitor the control and issue of painting material. Control the QC site inspection for painting.
- Review manufacturing and other testing procedures from vendors. Liaison with ADNOC Quality Engineers
- Ensuring that the site quality records are properly collated and integrated into the Construction Quality Record Books. Quality KPI and performance Reporting.
- Other duties as assigned by the Project QAQC Manager
