We are looking for a
Senior QA/QC Engineer Painting & Coating
for one of our clients with the following details:Duration: 24 months
Expected start date: 01/07/2025
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Site based)
Qualifications & Experience Required
Relevant Experience: +10 Years Minimum in Oil & Gas project Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or metallurgical or relevant engineering degree Knowledge about NDT/Coating & Painting
Activities:
Elaborating and coordinating the Painting specification, and codes/ standards. Coordination with concerned parties for all Painting procedure specifications. Review course and effects of painting / coating defects and take remedial Coordinate with the field sub-contractors and third-Party Inspection Company for coating related issues. Witnessing any remedial repair for coating. Reviewing of the summary reports. Advising the site subcontractors with regards to Painting and testing. Recording and listing of defective painting. Monitor the control and issue of painting material. Control the QC site inspection for painting. Review manufacturing and other testing procedures from vendors. Liaison with ADNOC Quality Engineers Ensuring that the site quality records are properly collated and integrated into the Construction Quality Record Books. Quality KPI and performance Reporting. Other duties as assigned by the Project QAQC Manager
