Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage QS/Estimation functions for joinery & fit-out projects.
Prepare, review, and finalize BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets.
Assess subcontractor and supplier quotations for compliance and accuracy.
Handle variations and final accounts.
Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.
Provide commercial advice and accurate cost reports to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 8+ years of UAE experience (Joinery & Fit-Out projects only).
Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and estimation practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
