Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Operations Manager
to oversee and manage day-to-day operations for joinery and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have in-depth industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality fit-out solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete operations lifecycle from planning to execution for joinery and fit-out projects
Coordinate between design, production, procurement, and site teams
Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards
Optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient workflow
Implement and maintain health, safety, and quality control standards
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and client requirements
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Provide regular progress reports to senior management
Candidate Requirements:
5 to 7 years
of proven experience in an
Operations Manager
role within the
Joinery and Fit-Out industry
in the UAE
Strong understanding of project execution, joinery production, and site installation
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
UAE driving license preferred
Must be currently residing in the UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
