Business Development Manager (BDM)
with proven experience in the
joinery and fit-out industry
to spearhead our business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth across the UAE.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior design sector, targeting high-value clients and projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and industry professionals.
Prepare proposals, lead client presentations, and manage project bidding processes.
Negotiate contracts and ensure favorable terms for the company.
Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the industry.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
Requirements
3-5 years of business development or sales experience in the joinery/fit-out industry
(mandatory).
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within the interior design market.
Strong understanding of Dubai's interior design landscape, key players, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Fluent in English.
Must be currently based in Dubai.
