Job Description
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or Business
Administration is preferred.
Certification in Contract Management (e.g., IACCM/WorldCC, NCMA) is preferred.
Knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, or other standard contract forms used in engineering and
construction is a strong advantage.
Legal or paralegal background (desirable but not mandatory).
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in contracts management, preferably
in an engineering, construction, or technical services environment.
Experience handling contract drafting, bid reviews, claims support, and
subcontractor/vendor agreements.
Familiarity with local and international procurement regulations and engineering
contract structures.
Proven experience working with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale technical or
infrastructure projects is a plus.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
