We are a Contracting Company and are looking for a

Quantity Surveyor Manager

, at least 3 Years of work experience in the MEP Projects in UAE in the same field.

Quantity Surveyor Manager Responsibilities:

Study the Full set of Tender Documents and Prepare Quantity Take Offs, Bill of Quantities, Dry Cost Analyses, Rate Comparisons and Final Offers

Identify, Source, Seek and Follow-up for Quotations from Suppliers/Sub-Contractors for materials / sub-contract work

Identify the Conflicts/Omissions in the Tender Documents and Liaising with the

Consultants for the Tender Clarifications in a timely manner and relaying the same to the relevant suppliers / sub-contractor.

Make site visits to the proposed project locations and identify the requirement of any additional provisions to be considered in the final bid.

Prepare Preliminary Tender Programs of the Proposed Projects in Primavera P6 as mandated in the Instruction to Tenderers.

Prepare the Full Set of Documents for the Tender Submission Liaise with the Consultants / Designers/ Client for Tender Feedback / Post Tender Clarifications and Re-evaluate and Submit Offers accordingly

Cost Control of the Projects to ensure the Projects Costs fall in line with Project Budgets

Prepare Baseline Program of the Project with detailed breakdown of activities, links, Cost and Resource Loading, visualizing the full work schedule over the course of Project Duration

Prepare S-Curves, Project Cashflow, Manpower Histograms for the Project.

Quantity Surveyor Manager Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar. Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Sound knowledge of construction. Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize, plan, and strategize. A valid driver's license. Great networking abilities.
