We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in the HVAC/MEP contracting sector. The role involves managing financial operations, handling contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. Manage accounts receivable/payable and prepare annual financial reports. File FTA returns on time and handle banking/credit facilities. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, service agreements, and warranties. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Oversee legal documentation and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory). 7-10 years of experience in finance/commercial roles, preferably in HVAC, construction, or engineering. Valid driving license (mandatory). Minimum 7 years' work experience. Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities.
