Job Description
This role is for one of our client from a leading marble and natural stone contracting company in Dubai, executing luxury stone works for premium hotels, residences, and commercial projects. We're seeking a Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer to handle project estimation, measurement, billing, and coordination with clients and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for stone and related works. Verify and certify subcontractor and client bills. Review drawings and coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams. Maintain project cost tracking, variations, and progress reports. Assist in tender preparation and post-contract documentation. Coordination with client QS Team Handling Project close out documents.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor in Quantity Surveying. 2-5 years' experience in QS/billing within marble, stone, or interior fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred). Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and measurement software. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
