We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused
Showroom Manager
to lead and oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales and design team, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strong background in retail or showroom management, leadership skills, and a passion for design and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales and design team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Maintain showroom inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stock levels.
Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies in line with brand standards.
Oversee customer consultations, design presentations, and after-sales service.
Handle escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Monitor KPIs, prepare sales reports, and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement.
Organize showroom events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
Recruit, train, and develop showroom staff.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Interior Design, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in retail or showroom management (preferably in wood showroom , marble & porcelain , furniture, or any related field retail).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven sales ability with a track record of achieving targets.
Knowledge of inventory control, visual merchandising, and customer relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and CRM tools.
