in Dubai, executing luxury stone works for premium hotels, residences, and commercial projects, is seeking a proactive

Quantity Surveyor (QS) & Billing Engineer

.

We seek a professional to manage all aspects of project estimation, accurate measurement, client/subcontractor billing, and essential coordination with clients and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Estimation & BOQs:

Prepare precise

quantity take-offs

, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) specifically for stone and related installation works.

Billing & Certification:

Verify, prepare, and certify both

subcontractor and client bills

(progress and final).

Coordination:

Review technical drawings and maintain seamless coordination with design, procurement, and site execution teams.

Cost Control:

Maintain detailed project cost tracking, manage and document

variations

, and prepare regular progress reports.

Tendering:

Assist in comprehensive

tender preparation

and manage all post-contract documentation.

Client Liaison:

Coordinate effectively with the Client's Quantity Surveying team.

Project Close-out:

Meticulously handle and prepare all required project close-out documents.
Qualifications & Skills Required

Education:

Bachelor's or Diploma in

Civil Engineering

or a Bachelor's Degree in

Quantity Surveying

.

Experience:

2-5 years of relevant experience

in QS/billing, specifically within

marble, natural stone, or interior fit-out projects

(UAE experience is strongly preferred).

Technical Proficiency:

Highly proficient in

AutoCAD

, MS Excel, and standard measurement/estimating software.

Core Skills:

Strong analytical, communication, and meticulous documentation skills are essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
