To ensure the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of an effective QHSE Management System across all F&B service operations including restaurants, banquet halls, production/kitchen, & catering. The role ensures compliance with local and international standards including HACCP, ISO (9001, 14001, 45001, 22000), OSHAD/ADOSH, and the UAE Food Code, with specific adherence to ADAFSA requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of
QHSE standards
across all F&B service operations including restaurants, banquet halls, production/kitchen, & catering, ensuring food safety, occupational safety, environmental sustainability, and quality compliance.
Lead
internal and external audits
related to HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
Monitor and evaluate
food safety protocols
in strict adherence to the
UAE Food Code
and
ADAFSA
guidelines.
Ensure alignment with
OSHAD
and
ADOSH
frameworks and lead initiatives for occupational health and safety management.
Conduct regular
risk assessments
, develop mitigation strategies, and implement proactive measures for hazard control in food production and service environments.
Provide continuous
training and awareness programs
for staff on QHSE standards, including food safety, workplace safety, and emergency response.
Liaise with
local authorities
(e.g., ADAFSA, Civil Defense, Municipality) and
certification bodies
for regulatory compliance, inspections, and certifications.
Promote a
culture of continuous improvement
, driving excellence in food quality, hygiene, and safety performance across all operations.
Maintain updated documentation and reporting in line with
HACCP

ISO
, and

requirements, including QHSE policies, SOPs, and incident reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Environmental Health, related field
Minimum 5-7 years of QHSE experience in the food services, catering, or hospitality industry
Certified Lead Auditor in at least one of the following:
ISO 9001

,
ISO 14001
, or
ISO 45001
Valid and relevant certifications:
NEBOSH IGC

HACCP Level 3 or higher

ISO Certifications

In-depth knowledge of
