Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor ISO 9001 QMS (Quality Management System) within pest control operations. Conduct internal quality audits and recommend improvements. Ensure all equipment, chemicals, and services meet quality standards. Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies in line with local (UAE) and international regulations. Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures. Monitor safe use of pesticides and chemicals according to MSDS and legal guidelines. Ensure use of PPE by all field staff; conduct regular toolbox talks and training. Lead incident/accident investigations and report findings. Monitor compliance with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System). Ensure environmentally responsible disposal of chemicals and waste. Promote eco-friendly pest control solutions where possible. Stay updated with UAE laws and municipality guidelines (e.g., Dubai Municipality Pest Control Regulations). Ensure company licenses, certifications, and training records are up-to-date. Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure all inspections are passed. Conduct QHSE training programs for new and existing employees. Raise awareness of health, safety, and environmental policies throughout the organization. Maintain QHSE records, including inspection checklists, audit reports, safety drills, and training logs. Prepare monthly and annual QHSE performance reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably in pest control or facilities management. Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, ISO 9001/14001/45001 Internal Auditor (preferred). Knowledge of UAE health & safety regulations and pest control standards. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office and QHSE management software.
