Recommend equipment, application methods, and follow-up treatments.
Sales & Proposal Development
Prepare and present technical proposals and contracts.
Explain service plans, pricing, warranties, and value-added services.
Tailor solutions to meet customer budgets and timelines.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Handle objections and provide technical explanations to support recommendations.
Follow up on service satisfaction and upsell where applicable.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with field technicians to ensure service delivery matches design.
Assist operations in setting up service schedules and logistics.
