Pest Control Team Leader, Pest Control Technician , Technician Cum Driver
to oversee and guide a team of technicians in delivering effective and safe pest control services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Work as a Technician on Site along with Team
Lead and supervise pest control technician during daily operations.
Assign work and service routes to team members.
Ensure all pest control services are carried out according to company standards and safety regulations.
Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support to technicians.
Prepare service reports and ensure accurate documentation.
Train and mentor new and existing team members on best practices and safety procedures.
Coordinate with management regarding service schedules, equipment needs, and client feedback.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-up visits professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in pest control
Team Leader previous position is a plus

Valid pest control license/certification (Dubai) (as per local regulations).
Strong knowledge of pest control methods, equipment, and chemicals.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
