Review and analyze QHSE team results. Key Accountabilities \xc2\xb7 Execute QHSE programs for the company factory and minimize company safety losses. \xc2\xb7 Develop a culture to anticipate and prevent hazardous health conditions. \xc2\xb7 Drive behaviors preventing illnesses in workplace by engaging all employees\xe2\x80\x99 commitment. \xc2\xb7 Interpret legal requirements and standards. \xc2\xb7 Deploy QHSE Controls for work related risks. \xc2\xb7 Investigate incidents, determine root cause, and develop corrective actions. \xc2\xb7 Support HSE inspections, audits, and self-assessments. \xc2\xb7 Manage reports and present summaries to Regional QHSE Director with suggested solutions. \xc2\xb7 Execute environmental management processes such as waste management and pollution prevention. \xc2\xb7 Handle industrial hygiene, equipment protection, machine guarding and other health and safety programs. \xc2\xb7 Handle QHSE assessments and deploy corrective measures to minimize hazard risk profile. \xc2\xb7 Administer QHSE policies and develop uniform safety practices complying with company QHSE objectives. \xc2\xb7 Offer quality products safely and effectively, decrease errors and accidents and increase profits. \xc2\xb7 Conduct company QHSE MS awareness sessions for new Departments & Projects Managers. \xc2\xb7 Establish QHSE guidelines within the company premises. \xc2\xb7 Manage internal audits periodically according to the internal audit plan. \xc2\xb7 Identify, assess, and control main activities associated risks. \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with current QHSE national laws. \xc2\xb7 Establish, maintain, and implement QHSE programs and targets for company processes. \xc2\xb7 Review QHSE plans for the new projects and advise Factory Managers in assessing the QHSE risks. \xc2\xb7 Follow-up and analyze NCR cases to verify the corrective actions relating to the Root causes. \xc2\xb7 Identify, maintain emergency response and lifesaving equipment. \xc2\xb7 Follow-up on inspections outcomes. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for QHSE training program implementation. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for QHSE statistics calculations. Required Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or certification related to the \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working within a similar position preferably with exposure to construction or engineering services. \xc2\xb7 NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent). \xc2\xb7 Relevant experience of ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001. \xc2\xb7 OSHA General and Construction Industries. \xc2\xb7 Firefighting and First Aid certification. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Arabic. \xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a fast pace, results-oriented, matrix environment under minimal supervision.
