We are urgently looking for QHSE Engineer or our Client in Abu Dhabi with more than 5 years of experience in a structured Company. QUALIFICATIONS: The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline;More than 5 years of experience in a structured company;Knowledgeable on ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 / ISO 45001:2018 standards and its system implementation;Knowledgeable of BRC IoP and/or HACCP standards and its system implementation;Knowledgeable of AD EHSMS standards and its system implementation (optional);Knowledgeable in documentation control; records; and audit.Experience in a food packaging manufacturing company is a plus;Native Arabic is Essential MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible to function as the management system coordinator and reports to QHSE Manager;Responsible to plan and coordinate among working parties(Process Owner; Sub-Process owner) to ensure documentation are aligned with the system and process approach; Responsible to maintain and control all documents and set up the IMS documentation system;Responsible to organize the scheduling and implementation of audit activity and report the results to all process owners;Responsible to advise the planning of calibration system and conduct audit;Responsible to monitor the progress and situation of the Integrated Management System in the organization and propose solution and guidance;Responsible to arrange management review meeting and gather data from all process owners;Responsible for a complete HSE inspection through conducting visual inspections; consulting with employees, and gathering information from HS&E accidents reports to identify risk lies beneath the work activities; Responsible to drive and manage the full process of risk assessment for all processes, developand implement control measures to minimize organizational risks, hygienic risks and health & safety risks; Responsible to prepare workplace inspection checklist which includes all items that need to verify, checked or inspected in the specific workplace;Responsible to ensure all types of wastes are handled; stored or disposed of following the waste management regulations;Responsible to communicate the Emergency Response Plan to all processes;Responsible to review and update the accident and Emergency Response Plan as necessary, at least on an annual basis, and particularly after any accidents or emergencies;Responsible to drive and manage the incident investigation, which includes all required documentation and reporting to the relevant authority;Create the safety procedures and guidelines;Supporting the development of ADEHSMS, OHS policies and programs;Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.;Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations;Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary;Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility management;Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors;Assist in the development and presentation of relevant HSE training;Maintain IMS and BRC standard by following organization standards and procedures Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience: Structured Company: 5 years (Preferred)food packing manufacturing company: 1 year (Preferred)Language: Arabic (Preferred) fidanto.com asks for your consent to use your personal data to:perm_identity Personalised ads and content, ad and content measurement, audience insights and product development devices Store and/or access information on a device Some vendors may process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, which you can object to by managing your options below.
