The QHSE Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations within our organization. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of QHSE standards, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate audit findings.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct regular and thorough audits of company operations, facilities, and processes to assess adherence to QHSE standards, policies, and regulations.
\xc2\xb7 Identify areas for improvement in QHSE systems and processes and provide actionable recommendations to enhance compliance and efficiency.
\xc2\xb7 Analyze data and documentation to assess risks, identify non-conformities, and verify corrective actions.
\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain audit reports, detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions taken.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with various departments to ensure understanding and implementation of QHSE standards and practices.
\xc2\xb7 Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and advancements in QHSE standards to continually improve audit methodologies.

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or equivalent practical experience.
\xc2\xb7 Proven experience (10 years) in QHSE auditing, preferably within manufacturing or mechanical.
\xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of relevant QHSE regulations, standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.), and industry practices.
\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey audit findings and recommendations clearly. (English)
\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
\xc2\xb7 Certification in QHSE auditing (e.g., IRCA Lead Auditor certification) is advantageous.
