Job Description

We are looking a QHS and Document Controller with previous experience who is capable of handling several projects by closely interacting with clients / consultants and subcontractors/suppliers. . The candidate must have minimum 2 years experience in telecom field and similar role. Job Role and Requirements . 1)- Good Communication skills and report writing and training skills.
2)- Basic technical knowledge on fire & life safety systems.
3)- Ensure 100% compliance of inductions for all direct and indirect employees on site, and Conduct HSEQ related training/awareness programs and maintain records.
4)- Provide support to operations on matters related to health, safety and environment while reviewing method statements/procedures and risk assessments at sites.
5)- Provide support to operations team on conducting Environmental aspects and risk assessments and suggest appropriate controls and corrective/preventive actions while reviewing.
6)- Ensure that the periodic/routine HSE inspections/audits are conducted and report the findings to the Manager.
7)- Ensure the implementation of HSE management system according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 along with international standards, local regulations and client requirements at respective contract.
8)- Prompt response in case of accident/incident including first aid, rescue, evacuation, investigation and subsequent reporting to the HSEQ Manager & Contract Manager.
9)- Coordinate with local / legal authorities for authorizations / permits / regulations
10)- Closely monitor the field activities / system adherence from HSE point of view and provide regular feedback on the compliance status to the HSEQ Manager and Facilities Manager/Sr. Facilities Manager.
11)- Develop & communicate HSE Alerts / Best Practices Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
