Authority Engineer – Piling Works
Job Description
Position: Authority Engineer - Piling Works
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all submissions and approvals with Dubai authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RTA, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.) specifically related to piling and foundation works.
Coordinate with consultants and clients to ensure full compliance with local authority regulations and project requirements.
Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, method statements, and NOCs for authority approval.
Monitor inspection schedules and attend site visits with authorities and third-party inspectors.
Ensure that all piling activities adhere to UAE codes, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
Track approval progress and resolve authority comments efficiently to avoid project delays.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of UAE experience in piling or foundation projects, with at least 3 years dealing directly with authority submissions and approvals.
Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality / Trakhees / RTA procedures.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
UAE Driving License preferred.
