Position: QC Inspector (Blasting & Painting) Minimum academic Qualification: Degree /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Certified Nace Level-2/Bags Level-2 Experience: At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Paint Coating Inspector activities in Heavy steel structural fabrication and Pre-Engineered steel Buildings Industries. Good communication skills in English & Hindi are must Shall have excellent skills of engineering drawings interpretation and sound computer knowledge (Excel, word) is must. Qualities required: Ability to work under pressure in the manufacturing shop floor. Shall have ability to do team work. Shall have good judgment of job for releasing, hold up, rejection etc. Knowledge on Root cause Analysis of process defects and reporting. Able to work in day/night shift duties. Age limit: 24 -35 Years. Salary Range: AED 2500\xe2\x80\x93 2900. (Negotiable for highly experienced candidate in this position) Food & Accommodation: Provided by Company (Camp sharing accommodation) Job Responsibilities: \xef\x83\x98 To check & verify the coating visual/ NDT Inspection requirements as per Paint specification/International standards like SSPC, ISO, NACE etc. \xef\x83\x98 Shall be able perform progressive Inspection during Blasting & Painting Process. \xef\x83\x98 Knowledge on Industrial painting process painting inspection activities like Visual, DFT checking, sand blasting inspection etc for various Paint system. \xef\x83\x98 Shall have excellent knowledge in visual inspection acceptance criteria/tolerances with various Paint generic system. \xef\x83\x98 Shall have good knowledge of various paint material specifications and international standards. \xef\x83\x98 Shall prepare the daily inspection reports, QC Dossiers etc. as per requirement. \xef\x83\x98 Shall have the knowledge of root cause analysis of fabrication process and its defects. \xef\x83\x98 Shall have good judgment of job for releasing, hold up, rejection etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED2,900.00 per month
