Inspect and verify materials, fabrication, and erection works related to steel structures.
Prepare and follow up on
WIR (Work Inspection Requests)
and
MIR (Material Inspection Requests)
.
Ensure compliance with
project QA/QC procedures
, specifications, and international standards (AISC, BS, ASTM, etc.).
Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality documentation.
Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
or related field.
Minimum
5+ years' experience
as QC Engineer in
UAE steel structure projects
.
Strong knowledge of
material submittals, WIR, MIR, and QA/QC documentation
.
Familiar with welding, painting, bolting, and erection quality requirements.
Good communication and coordination skills with consultants and project teams.
Preference will be given to candidates
available in UAE
and ready to join immediately.
