Job Description
We are looking for a
QA/QC Engineer
for ourSteel Unit
to ensure all fabrication and erection activities comply with quality standards and project specifications. The candidate will oversee inspections, testing, and documentation to maintain the highest quality standards in our steel operations.Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for steel fabrication and erection. Conduct inspections and tests for materials and finished products. Maintain quality records, reports, and non-conformance logs. Coordinate with the production and project teams to resolve quality issues. Ensure all work complies with project specifications, codes, and standards. Liaise with clients and third-party inspectors during audits and inspections. Monitor welding, painting, and fabrication processes for quality assurance.
Requirements:
UAE Attested certificate is
mandatory.
(Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field) Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Proven experience in QA/QC for steel fabrication and erection. Strong knowledge of industry codes and quality standards (ISO, AWS, ASME). Experience with welding inspections and steel quality documentation. Attention to detail with excellent reporting and communication skills. UAE Driving License ispreferred.
