Qc Control Officer – Vehicles

Job Description
Job Purpose:
To ensure that all vehicles (new, repaired, or serviced) meet company quality standards and comply with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements before delivery or deployment. The QC Control Officer conducts inspections, identifies defects or non-conformities, and coordinates with the service team to ensure corrective actions are taken.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough
pre-delivery and post-repair inspections
of vehicles to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards. Checkmechanical, electrical, and body components
for quality, functionality, and safety. Maintainquality inspection reports, checklists, and documentation
for each vehicle. Identify and record anynon-conformities or deviations
from specifications. Coordinate withworkshop supervisors, mechanics, and technicians
to address issues and verify corrective actions. Monitortools, testing equipment, and inspection instruments
to ensure calibration and proper use. Ensure compliance withhealth, safety, and environmental regulations
during inspections. Participate inquality audits and continuous improvement initiatives
. Provide feedback and training to staff onquality standards and best practices
. Support management indeveloping and implementing quality control procedures
for vehicle inspection and maintenance.Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
.3-5 years
of experience in vehicle inspection, maintenance, or automotive quality control. Strong knowledge ofautomotive systems
(engine, transmission, electrical, braking, suspension, etc.) Familiarity withISO standards or automotive quality management systems (QMS)
. Excellent attention to detail and strongproblem-solving skills
. Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings, service manuals, and inspection reports
. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient inMS Office
and basic reporting tools.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
