Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC):

Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and inspection checklists for interior fit-out works. Review and verify materials, workmanship, and construction methods to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues. Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation such as inspection reports, material approvals, and test records. Ensure that as-built drawings and quality records are properly compiled and submitted upon project completion.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and site-specific safety plans in compliance with UAE regulations and company standards. Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety inductions for site staff and subcontractors. Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Report, investigate, and document incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend preventive measures. Ensure emergency procedures, fire prevention, and first aid systems are in place and effectively communicated. Maintain HSE training records and support continual improvement through awareness programs.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
