Job Description
Responsibilities Responsible for Pipemill & Coating to maintain Quality norms of inspection and monitoring quality of inputs. Responsible for quality of outgoing bare pipes and coated pipes.. To ensure timely calibration of measuring and test equipment. To maintain inspection and test records. To control and disposition of non-conforming products, control of further processing till all the non-conformances are resolved. To analyse and correct quality related problems. Identification & recording of problems related to product, process & Quality System. Verification of implementation and effectiveness of corrective action. Review of customer specification & preparation of HR coil specification & ITP/QAP. Man-power planning to ensure adequate personnel for various stage inspections. To liaise with customer / Third party inspection agency Co-ordination with accreditation bodies. Qualification: DME / BSC, NDT Level II, NACE / Bgas , CSWIP Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
