Role Summary

The Authority Approvals & Site Quality Controller is responsible for managing all project-related approvals with Dubai authorities and developers, while also carrying out on-site quality inspections to ensure Cardoso's standards are consistently maintained. The role supports the Project Engineers and management team in achieving timely approvals, compliance, and high workmanship quality on all active projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Authority Approvals

Prepare, submit, and follow up on all required approvals and NOCs with: DM, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, Emaar, Dubai Properties, Al Barari, Tilal Al Ghaf, etc. Coordinate missing documents, drawings, revisions, and resubmissions. Track approval progress and resolve authority comments promptly. Arrange and attend required inspections with authorities. Maintain complete records of approvals, submissions, and correspondence.

2. Site Quality Control (QC)

Perform routine inspections on all active sites. Ensure execution follows approved drawings, authority standards, and Cardoso quality requirements. Identify non-compliance, workmanship defects, or safety issues and report immediately. Prepare QC reports with notes and photos; follow up until completion. Support Project Engineers in maintaining high execution standards.

3. Coordination & Reporting

Align approvals timeline with site progress to avoid delays. Communicate updates clearly to Project Engineers and management. Escalate repeated or serious issues to Operations Manager/CEO.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in Dubai project approvals (DM, DDA, Trakhees, developer NOCs). Ability to read and understand construction and MEP drawings. Experience in site inspections or QC. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Valid UAE driving license preferred. English language fluent (fluent in Arabic language would be a plus)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
