We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Approvals Coordinator

to manage and facilitate all necessary government and municipal approvals for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of approval processes with Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, DEWA, Civil Defense, TECOM, DDA, and other regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the submission and approval process for all interior fit-out projects. Liaise with relevant authorities such as Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DEWA, Civil Defense, TECOM, and other free zones. Ensure all design drawings and project documents comply with authority regulations and standards. Prepare and submit required documentation for permits, approvals, and NOCs. Track and follow up on approval progress to meet project timelines. Stay updated on changes in authority rules, regulations, and procedures. Provide guidance to design and project teams regarding regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in authority coordination/approval roles in the UAE, preferably within the interior fit-out industry. Strong knowledge of approval processes with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DEWA, Civil Defense, TECOM, DDA, DMCC, and other regulatory entities. Familiarity with online submission portals such as Dubai BPS, eNOC, and others. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple submissions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. UAE driving license is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
