Partner with the best As the Country Sales Leader - Qatar, you will shape and develop operational plans to meet business needs and contribute to the execution of successful market strategies. You'll be delivering successful outcomes for key industry players and challenges through innovation, strategic solutions, business understanding and building relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for: · Representing multiple business groups (cross product/business/P&L) to named account(s), on a country basis · Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and expertise; furthermore, a thorough understanding of the environment where the products or services will be utilized. · Identifying various challenges in client fields to enable the proposition of suitable, fit for purpose integrated solutions to address these challenges. · Maintaining close customer relations to better comprehend the clients short- and long-term plans and translate them to tangible business opportunities for the organization. · Providing solution functional expertise to ensure proper solution design. · Managing the complete contractual process from pricing strategy, contract negotiation and award for all Baker Hughes OFS product lines. · Understanding customers contractual process to enable the enhancement of contracts in the benefit of both parties. · Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc. · Handling big or highly complex markets / Large potential for growth · Identifying and developing local partners in alignment with Baker Hughes localization plans. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you: · Have a bachelor's degree of engineering or similar fields from an accredited university or college · Have at least 8 additional years of experience in Oilfield · Have at least 4 years of experience in sales function with NOCs and IOCs. · Will demonstrate strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills. · Will be responsible and accountable to identify opportunities, develop strategy, communicate to the team, and deliver results · Will lead and coach the organization to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and try to identify opportunities for further enhancement. · Ability to lead and work as part of a team, provide clear directions, and track actions to conclusion · Will demonstrate experience working in fast paces environment focused on growth.
