Job Description
We are hiring a
QA/QC Manager
for a leading construction contractor specializing inindustrial building projects
. The ideal candidate will have strong experience overseeing quality assurance and control activities, particularly insteel structure fabrication and installation
.Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage project QA/QC plans and procedures Supervise inspections for steel structures, civil works, and MEP installations Review and approve ITPs, Method Statements, WPS/PQRs, and material submittals Coordinate with consultants and clients on quality-related matters Lead audits, manage NCRs and corrective actions, and ensure compliance with standards Verify material certifications, test results, and quality documentation Support project handover with complete QA/QC dossiers and as-built submissions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering 8-12 years of QA/QC experience in
industrial construction
Strong technical knowledge ofsteel structures and welding standards
Familiar with international codes (AISC, AWS, BS, ISO) Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills QA/QC certifications (ISO Lead Auditor, CSWIP, AWS-CWI) are an advantageJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
