Job Description

We are hiring a Marketing & Brand Specialist for a well-established construction contractor specializing in industrial buildings, steel structures, and EPC projects, following a recent company rebrand. This role suits a marketing professional with construction industry experience who can drive brand visibility, support tenders, and represent the company at industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
Roll out and manage the company's new brand identity across all marketing platforms
Develop and update company profiles, capability statements, project brochures, and presentations
Support tenders, prequalifications (PQs), and EPC submissions with branded content
Manage website content, social media, and digital marketing campaigns
Coordinate with project and engineering teams to capture industrial project updates and case studies
Plan and coordinate corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking activities
Support client engagement, business development initiatives, and industry networking
Ensure brand consistency across all construction marketing and communications materials
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry (contracting preferred)
Proven experience marketing industrial buildings, steel structures, EPC or MEP projects
Strong understanding of construction tenders, PQs, and contractor branding
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite / Canva, and digital marketing tools
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
