Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's in Electrical 2-5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in LV switchgear manufacturing, testing, or commissioning in the GCC/UAE region. Hands?on experience with LV testing equipment Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills in English.
Ensure compliance of LV switchgear manufacturing, assembly, testing, and commissioning against IEC standards and project specifications--minimizing non?conformities, managing quality systems, supporting FAT/SAT, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain QA/QC documentation: ITPs, procedures, CAR/NCR, calibration logs, quality records. Conduct stage?wise inspections: incoming components, in?process, final LV panel testing
(e.g. Megger, primary/secondary injection, contact resistance tests)
Coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) with TPI/customer and follow up on punch?list closures Raise and manage Non?Conformance Reports (NCR), track corrective/preventive actions to completion Collaborate with engineering, production, and commissioning teams to resolve quality issues Assist in development and review of submittals, shop drawings, material data, and method statements for compliance. Ensure calibration and maintenance of test tools and instruments Promote HSE compliance and risk mitigation on site/manufacturing floorJob Type: Full-time
