Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated
QA/QC Engineer
to oversee quality management for our fit-out projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and company quality policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures for fit-out works
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
Coordinate with project teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records
Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance
Facilitate internal and external quality audits and inspections
Assist in training site staff on quality procedures and standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience as QA/QC Engineer in fit-out or construction projects
Strong knowledge of quality standards, codes, and regulations in fit-out industry
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Proficiency in quality management software and MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
