Position : QA/QC Engineer - Civil Construction

Roles & Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality assurance and quality control procedures. Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements. Conduct routine inspections and testing of construction materials and workmanship. Prepare inspection and test plans (ITPs) and ensure their implementation on-site. Monitor and document all quality-related activities on the project site. Identify and report non-conformities and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken. Coordinate with third-party inspectors, consultants, and testing laboratories. Maintain quality control documentation including test reports, inspection logs, and material approvals. Support audits and quality reviews as required by the client or project. Assist in the training and mentoring of site personnel on QA/QC practices. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations related to quality control activities.

Qualifications & Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the construction industry. In-depth knowledge of construction standards, codes and QA/QC procedures. Familiarity with construction materials testing (concrete, steel, soil, etc.). Experience with documentation and reporting systems related to quality control.. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and under pressure.

Good communication skills. A multitasker who can handle the nuances of a building construction project.

Preferred :

Age : Less than 45 yrs Locally Available Highrise experience.
