Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Cost Control Engineer - Civil Construction
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring project costs, preparing reports, and ensuring budget compliance across civil construction projects.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and cost estimates. Track project expenditures, analyze variances, and provide regular cost reports. Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting. Maintain records of project costs, changes, and variations. Conduct cost analysis for tendering and project execution. Ensure adherence to company policies and project specifications regarding cost management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum 7 years' experience as a Cost Control Engineer in civil construction projects. Proficient in MS Excel, Primavera P6, and cost management software. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Knowledge of project accounting, contracts, and variation management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED14,000.00 per month
