The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent inspection skills, and experience working within the Qatar construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, maintain, and monitor project
Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans
Conduct inspections for
civil, architectural, and/or MEP works
as per approved drawings and project specifications
Ensure compliance with
QCS
, local regulations, and client quality requirements
Review and approve
method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and shop drawings
Prepare quality reports, NCRs, SORs, and follow up on corrective actions
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
Monitor site activities and ensure proper documentation and testing procedures
Lead internal audits and support external audits as required
Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Proven experience as a
QA/QC Engineer
in construction projects (Civil/Architectural/MEP)
Strong knowledge of
QCS
, QA/QC procedures, and international standards
Experience in preparing and reviewing QA/QC documents (ITPs, MIRs, RFI, Calibration Records, etc.)
Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills
Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office
Ability to coordinate and work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams
