Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement QA-QC policies, procedures, and project-wide quality standards.
  • Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scripts across manual and automated testing environments.

  • Use defect tracking systems to log, monitor, and verify resolution of quality issues.
  • Perform statistical analysis and interpret test data to support quality improvement.

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of QA-QC experience within software, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and quality control processes.
  • Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing approaches.
  • Skilled in defect tracking tools and testing documentation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical interpretation abilities.
  • Understanding of relevant industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience with test automation tools and QA frameworks.
  • Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, engineering workflows, or manufacturing processes.
  • Certifications such as ISTQB or Six Sigma preferred.
