Testing Strategy:
Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
Collaboration:
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align on quality goals and resolve issues efficiently.
Defect Management:
Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures are in place.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure adherence to industry best practices, coding guidelines, and relevant quality standards.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates on QA progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages.
