Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance (QA):
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with teams to create and revise quality documentation, such as manuals and training materials.
- Analyse quality. Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
2. Quality Control (QC):
- Perform testing and inspection of products to identify defects before they reach customers.
- Record and report on QA/QC findings, detailing defect types and severity.
- Maintain an organised quality control database for tracking defects and audit results.
- Participate in root cause analysis for defects and suggest corrective actions.
Requirements:
1. Education: A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is often preferred.
2. Experience: Prior experience in quality assurance/quality control, especially in the manufacturing of thermoplastic pipes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
