Job Description

QA Engineer
Job Summary:
The QA Engineer supports the QA/QC Manager in implementing the Quality Management System. They focus on process-oriented activities, such as auditing, procedure development, and ensuring compliance with the quality plan.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project quality procedures and work instructions.
  • Conduct internal quality audits and assist in external audits.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the QMS and report on quality performance.
  • Review and approve ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) from contractors and vendors.
  • Manage the project's non-conformance and corrective action system.
  • Provide quality awareness training to the project team.
  • Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • 5+ years of experience in a QA or QC role.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
