Overview:
QA Coordinator for Banking Project
The QA Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality assurance processes. This role involves developing quality standards, conducting audits, coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to uphold the bank's commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Understand the proposal of the project
Understand the baseline documents, clarification tracker
Raise further classifications
Creation of test cases/scripts for allocated areas
Manual execution of test cases/scripts for allocated areas
Use tools such as API injectors, MasterCard/VISA simulators
Learn usage of OmanNet simulator
Test automation knowledge will be a plus
Provide metrics to PM for dashboard Issuing workflow - from onboarding to closure - key areas to be strong - onboarding, embossing, collaterals, card activation, authorizations, clearing and settlement, payments and hierarchy, Interest processing, Fees and Charges, Collections, Charge-off and Write-off, Closure Fraud testing Acquiring flows - testing from devices - ATM/POS/CDM/ITM etc. using physical cards Produce ATM exceptions and testing in supervisory modeQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications
Essential skills:
TSYS, Temenos24, S1 Postillion Switch
Credit cards, Debit Cards, Prepaid cards, Islamic banking cards, Commercial banking
MasterCard and VISA simulator
One or more of above products - we need 2-3 ppl covering all above products for the project
Desired skills:
Experience with Islamic banking principles and products.
Experience in various card types - Credit cards, Debit Cards, Prepaid cards, Islamic banking cards, Commercial banking
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 yearsExperienced in full issuing or full acquiring workflows -
both will be preferred
Working with simulators to test authorizations Experience in EMV and testing keys set up with in simulatorExperience in certification testing would be a plus
