Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

QA Coordinator

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in garment manufacturing quality assurance, with strong knowledge of garment inspection, measurement, and defect analysis. The QA Coordinator will ensure that all products meet buyer requirements and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quality checks on various types of garments throughout production. Identify garment defects, determine root causes, and recommend effective corrective actions. Review and interpret Buyer Tech Packs, PP comments, and quality guidelines. Perform garment measurements and ensure compliance with size specifications. Inspect fabrics and address issues related to poor fabric quality. Monitor all aspects of production quality to maintain consistency and standards. Utilize an internal or personal checking system process (to be reviewed against Atraco's QA methods). Ensure adherence to safety and quality requirements throughout production. Work closely with production, stitching, and QA teams to resolve quality-related issues. Prepare reports and maintain QA documentation using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Perform tasks with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA, Auditor, or similar role in a

garment manufacturing company

. Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Sound knowledge of garment construction, stitching types, and measurement methods. Understanding of garment defects, quality standards, and corrective action procedures. Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge in stitching and pattern-making is an advantage but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
