Orbit International Survey Services LLC is currently looking for an experienced Inspection Coordinator in the TPI field, with a strong background in inspection services and quality documentation.
Quality Control & Inspection Coordination:
Coordinate inspection schedules, documentation, and reporting for ongoing projects.
Maintain and organize QA/QC files, checklists, and compliance records.
Liaise with inspection teams, clients, and third parties for timely submission of reports and documents.
Attend coordination meetings with EPC Contractors, PMC Consultants, and Clients.
Track certifications and calibration records for inspection equipment and personnel.
Assist in preparing for internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in a QC/QA Coordinator role, ideally in inspection or engineering services.
Background in
HR coordination and recruitment
is essential.
Prior experience in the
Oil and Gas
industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Strong understanding of ISO standards, quality documentation, and HR practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; ERP or workforce management software experience is a plus.
Must have
CSWIP certificate.
