Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA and QC procedures, policies, and quality standards.
• Create and execute test plans, test scripts, and detailed test cases for products or software.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects, performance gaps, and improvement areas.
• Document and track defects using standardized tools and verify corrective actions.
• Perform statistical analysis and interpret data to drive decisions and quality enhancements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve quality issues during development or construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, project specifications, and international standards.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to building stronger quality frameworks.
• Prepare regular reports outlining test results, quality trends, and risk mitigation actions.
• Support audits and reviews to ensure quality compliance across project phases.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Three to five years of experience in QA/QC roles within software, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QC techniques, and quality frameworks.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and defect-tracking platforms.
• Solid statistical analysis and data interpretation capabilities.
• Familiar with industry standards relevant to quality assurance processes.
• Certifications such as ISTQB, Six Sigma, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills for technical and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project cycles.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle or manufacturing workflows.
