JOB PURPOSE To analyse business requirements and plan the allocation of test environments required for user acceptance testing, maintain test environments and provide test execution support to ensure that business requests are conducted in a timely manner and to the required standard GROUP Group Business Services JOB FAMILY Technology Services

ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Test Environment Allocation Interact with business users to analyse and understand UAT/test requirements, liaise with IT system owners to agree options and plan for UAT test environment allocation to ensure the required environments are allocated and prepared 2.Test Environment Maintenance Maintain user acceptance test environments, perform periodic refresh cycles to ensure the hygiene of the environments in line with require Plan and execute required system end of day cycles to maintain test data integrity in line with the required standards 3.Test Execution Support Support testers in test execution by assisting in test environment related issues and concerns and closely liaise with the production support team for end of day cycles and BSD team for UAT releases Assist and support the test execution and defect management tool to ensure smooth functioning of test execution job and tracking/timely resolution of the defects related to UAT environments
4.Reporting Create bi-monthly/monthly UAT test summary reports and dashboards and publish on MyADCB to enable business users and change teams to plan projects according to availability 5.Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders 6.Self-Management Manage self in line with the bank\xe2\x80\x99s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance 7.Customer Service Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the bank\xe2\x80\x99s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES Minimum Experience At least 4 - 5 years of experience in banking or financial services sector or other related experience in information technology Minimum Qualifications University Degree/Diploma in Computing/Engineering/ Banking/Commerce Professional Qualifications Certification in ITIL foundation, IT service standards Knowledge and Skills Basic knowledge in IT infrastructure and Banking applications
