The Role

Puffy is looking for a motivated and self-driven QA Tester to join our Digital Marketing Team in Dubai. Reporting to the Senior QA Analyst, you will be working primarily on our website, in addition to some other internal technologies. As an integral part of the team, you will mainly focus on reviewing onsite blogs & emails, executing test cases, researching bugs, filing detailed bug reports, and verifying developer bug fixes. You will work closely with our development team, communicating issues to ensure the quality of our website.

What you'll be doing

• Execute User Acceptance Testing
• Perform validation, functional testing, and UI testing
• Must have Cross-browser testing experience
• Analyze and identify issues in user requirements, design artifacts, and other documentation
• Execute functional and regression test cases, report and document all issues, test results, and testing summaries in detail.
• Work with the development team to clearly understand the application requirements and functionality to help determine test cases and clearly communicate issues found.
• Review and proofread onsite blog and email contents

Ideally you'll have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, and other relevant majors.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Web QA
• Background in Automation/ robot framework is a plus
• Experience QA testing within the Agile development lifecycle a plus
• Experience with various web browsers as well as iOS and Android
• Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Easily adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Possess a positive attitude, good people skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
