:
We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Officer cum Store Keeper to manage procurement, inventory, and stock control for our dental center in Abu Dhabi - Shakhbout city. The ideal candidate must have previous dental clinic experience and strong working knowledge of Zoho Accounts software.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle procurement of dental materials, consumables, instruments, and equipment
2. Coordinate with approved dental suppliers and vendors
3. Prepare and process purchase orders in Zoho Accounts
4. Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
5. Monitor minimum & maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstoc
6. Receive, inspect, and store dental supplies properly
7. Track expiry dates and ensure FIFO compliance
8. Support monthly stock reconciliation and audits
9. Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and clinic management for material requirements
10. Ensure compliance with clinic policies and DOH requirements
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2-3 years experience as Purchasing Officer / Store Keeper in a dental clinic or medical center
2. Prefer experience with Zoho Accounts software
3. Strong knowledge of dental consumables, materials, and instruments
4. Experience dealing with local UAE dental suppliers
5. Good documentation, reporting, and organizational skills
6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
7. Familiarity with Abu Dhabi healthcare standards is an advantage
Preferred Candidate:
1. Immediate joiner or short notice period
2. Experience in Abu Dhabi dental clinics
3. Detail-oriented with good coordination skills
4. Salary: As per experience
