Location: Orthoplus Medical Center - Al Ain, UAE
Procurement Officer Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and purchase medical supplies, equipment, and services.
Manage vendor relationships and maintain a preferred supplier list.
Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement while adhering to quality standards.
Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand their supply needs.
Store Keeper Responsibilities:
Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control.
Issue materials as per requisition and maintain minimum stock levels.
Organize the store area for easy access and regular stock checks.
Qualifications (for both positions):
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
